She was one of the ladies of our Dinner Group. We would go to dinner on the first Thursday of every month–Pat was a designated driver. She also belonged to our Euchre Club at the condos, always having so much fun laughing, eating, and trying hard to play euchre and talk at the same time. Pat was an amazing euchre player. She was quite active at the condo; always willing to help. where necessary. She was the Treasurer for the Social Committee–making sure totals were always correct. Pat was one of the sweetest people I have ever met, so much fun and always concerned of others if ill or etc. She was loved by all. Pat may you rest in Peace and finally free from pain. You are in good hands.

  35. Cindy Richmond says:

I have just learned of “Aunt Patty”’s passing and I’m am so sad. She was a fundamental person in my life. I started at Battelle as an intern and grew into a professional researcher under her watch. I loved her deeply. While some of our antics were legendary, she was always a joyful, interesting, and lovely person. I do regret hiding a plastic mouse in her desk to scare her (it worked!), but the many other “ troubles” we got into are not regrettable and confirm that she was an amazing, smart, and delightful friend. I will love her always.
