Vicki Lynne (Serviss) McGinnis, age 61, of Shelby, died Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital after an unexpected cardiac related illness.

Vicki was born on October 20, 1958 in Port Clinton, Ohio to the late Eugene and Billie Ilene (Collins) Serviss.
