Vance W. Lehman

Vance W. Lehman, age 84, of Shiloh, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at his home.
He was born May 9, 1933 in Franklin Township, Richland County, Ohio the son of the late Walter and Fern (Boggs) Lehman. He was a 1951 graduate of Union High School and was a devoted farmer and family man. Vance was a former member of the Ganges Grange and for over 55 years was a member of the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Vance is survived by his wife, Marlene (Russell) Lehman, whom he wed on November 11, 1961; 2 sons: Kevin (Linda) Lehman and Keith (Tyjanna) Lehman all of Shiloh; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; a sister-in-law: Janice Lehman. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers: Mervin Lehman and Raymond Lehman.
Family and Friends are welcome on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1 PM at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Ron Puff pastor of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Shenandoah Cemetery. Memorial expressions may be made to Akron Children’s Showers Family Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders, 214 West Bowery Street, Akron, Ohio 44308.
