Terry Lee Bond

Terry Lee Bond, age 69, died Sunday morning, December 22, 2024, surrounded by his family at Dayspring Assisted Living and Care Facility where he resided. His death, amongst a series of health conditions over the years, follows an unexpected and brief cancer diagnosis.

A hard worker always, Terry spent many working hours throughout his life to take care of the people he loved- his family. Playing and spending time with his grandchildren brought him so much joy and family trips to Cedar Point were always a highlight. Terry enjoyed playing euchre and shooting pool, fast cars always piqued his interest, and casual Sunday drives brought relaxation and peace.

(Kailey Hruska) Bond of Ontario; grandchildren: Theodore Khan-Bond, Camille Khan-Bond, and River Bond; his mother: Helen Bond; sisters and brother: Vickie Wollerton, Sandy (Bob) Ramsey, and Doug (Cindy) Bond; special friends: Pat Clady and Calvin Nazor; and other relatives and friends. Bond; infant brother: Dickie Allen Bond; brother in-law: George Wollerton; and aunt and uncle with whom he was close: Mae and Estill “Crick” Applegate.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Dayspring and Gentiva Hospice who provided gentle and compassionate care for Terry.

Our sympathy to the Bond families. I had the children in Sunday school class when they were small. Also for the loss of grandmother. Our prayers are with all the family
I lived next door to the Bonds until I was 12 years old. They all treated me like family. Terry and I were very close through elementary school. Even though we have all drifted apart, I have many fond memories of being with this family.
