Teresa K. Horn-Chapman

Teresa K. Horn-Chapman, age 55, of Quaker City, Ohio, passed away Wednesday afternoon, January 17, 2024 at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
Teresa was born April 23, 1968 in Shelby to the late William and Edna (Mahon) Horn, Jr. She was a 1986 graduate of Shelby High School. Teresa was a child at heart. She was extremely artistic- enjoying many arts and crafts, absolutely loved Mickey Mouse collecting a plethora of memorabilia, and also had an affinity for chickens.
Teresa loved from the bottom of her heart and would do anything for anyone, especially if they asked. She was the greatest mom to her two sons: Roman (Megan) Chapman of Mansfield and Robert (Shelby) Chapman of Quaker City. They survive along with grandchildren: Leo, Kaderin, and Elliana; bonus grandchildren: Aiden, Olivia, and Gemma; sister: Elaine (Larry) Carpenter of Mansifeld; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her step-father: William P. Murphy; and former husband: Norman F. Chapman.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. The loss of a parent is incredibly hard to bear, and I hope that love and comfort surrounds you in the coming days. Our grief does not ever grow smaller, however time will allow life to grow bigger around it.
