Sandra Marie Keiser

Sandra Marie “Sandy” Keiser, age 57, of Shelby, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at OhioHealth Shelby Hospital.

Sandy was born October 18, 1963 in Medina to the late Ralph and Suzanna Agnes (Levak) Stoner and, was a graduate of Galion High School. Sandy spent her career in the hospitality industry for 30 years. Many of those years were spent at Comfort Inn North on Trimble Road and Country Inn and Suites in Ontario.

Sandy was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed watching Ohio State. She also loved to read, going on walks, and going to the lake. Sandy was a true caregiver, always caring for her family and cooking them the best food. She loved time spent with her family and they will miss her dearly.

Those left to cherish her memory include her fiancé: Rickey Hollins of Shelby; children: Nicole Ramsey of Galion, Laura (William) Lott of Galion, Kayla (Glenn) Perkins of Mansfield, and Jess (Alex Gombosch) Keiser of Mansfield; grandchildren: Breanna, Bayleigh, Braelynn, and Bowen Lott and Brendyn, Logan, and Landyn Ramsey; siblings: Sharon Seaton of AL, Pat (Jeff) Davis of Cardington, Tarry (Stewart) Hall of Athens, Gloria (Adam Howard) Echelberry of Mansfield, and Michelle Lewis of Mansfield; best friend: KC (Nate) Ernst of Mansfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Sandy will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 2-6 pm at the Johnsville Fire Department, 7478 Co Rd 242, Mt Gilead, OH 43338.

Care for Sandy and her family is being provided by the Penwell Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby.
