Dearest Paynes –
Words will fail to express the sorrow I wish I could share over Phyllis’ passing. She was an energetic and lively spirit whose character and joie de vivre infected everyone she touched. She lived fully and loved wholly. She treasured you all, and she left the world in stitches of laughter. Hold tight to the hilarity of her being to the memory of her amazing laugh. Hold fast to the knowledge that her spirit is at rest and waiting for you with Ned and all those you’ve loved and lost. Heaven gained a mighty angel who will continue to watch over you all. You’re all in my thoughts and prayer. Much love.
Roger and Mary Ann, Bob and Sue,
