Sorry to hear Nancy’s passing to a home in heaven. She and family long time friends.we walked and talked a lot school days , living in neighborhood. Lots on great memories Prayers
Linda,
Sorry for your loss. Hope you are doing ok.
Pat, Harold, Linda: Sorry to learn of Nancy’s passing Nov. 28. I had asked about Nancy when attending Larry’s funeral in July so I went directly to her nursing home and tried to talk with her. I had no prior information as to her abilities, but I did recognize her, but I’m not sure what she remembered about me as we hadn’t met since the 1950’s. I grew up a neighbor and was 2 years behind her in school. Mostly hung out with Larry. She surely had her challenges, but seemed strong in her vigil to cope with unfairness in life. Her obit photo reminds us she was beautiful. Blessings, Bob Cassity, formerly of Sixth St. Shelby.
For the short 6 yrs I was involved in Nancy’s life, she taught me many things..She was content and never grumbled or complained…It saddened me to learn about her life here on earth but didn’t seem to affect her.I tried to bring light and some joy to her life..but she gave that to me and I will always be thankful and grateful she was a part of my life…..until we meet again Miss Nancy…You will be missed
