Michael F. “Hank” Stockmaster, Jr.
Michael F. Hank Stockmaster, Jr., age 28, formerly of Shelby, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 as a result of an auto – bicycle accident.
Michael was born July 1, 1983 in Mansfield. He attended St. Mary’s School in Shelby and was a 2002 graduate of Shelby Senior High School and Pioneer Career and Technology Center. Mike loved everything about farming and worked his entire life on different area farms. He was currently working at Spring Lake Stables in Mansfield. Mike enjoyed hunting and country music. He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
Michael is survived by his father: Michael (Evelyn Kubitz) Stockmaster, Sr.of Mansfield; Sister: Shelly (Adam) Carman of Mansfield; Step-sisters: Brionne Treadway, Brittany Kubitz and Jamie Furr; Niece: Halle Carman; Aunts and Uncles: Fred (Sherry) Stockmaster, Mark (Meg) Stockmaster, Theresa (Bruce Hunter) Stockmaster, Kenny Newman, and Gary Shulaw; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Pamela Sue (Newman) Stockmaster in 1995; Grandparents: Clarence and Mary Stockmaster & Kenny and Marg Newman; an Aunt: Louann Shulaw.
Visitation on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, where funeral services will be on Friday at 10:30 AM by Deacon Bill Horning of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Crestline. Burial in Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Turner Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
