Maxton Adam Korbas

“Dearest baby, please know that our greatest blessing was you.” Heaven’s gain was our loss when our miracle baby was called by our Lord. Maxton came into this world and was taken too soon.
Maxton Adam Korbas, infant son of Kurt and Rashelle Korbas, went to safely rest in the arms of Jesus on Friday, December 14, 2018.
Maxton is survived by his loving parents: Kurt Adam and Rashelle Lynn (Kays) Korbas of Burbank; maternal grandparents: Joan and Wayne Kays of Doylestown; paternal grandparents: Mark and Holly Korbas of Shelby; maternal great grandparents: Dolores Rohr of Doylestown and Garnett and Lavone Kays of Marshallville; paternal great grandfather: Rudy Korbas of Shelby; aunts and uncles: Kyle Kays, Emily Kays, Kevin and Bri Korbas, and Kraig and Abbey Korbas; 4 cousins: Millie, Kendall, Eli, and Noah; and several great aunts and uncles and other relatives. Maxton was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather: Clarence Rohr and paternal great grandparents: Marilyn Korbas and W.L. and Wilma Cornell.
The family would like to thank the nurses at the Labor and Delivery Department at Akron City Hospital for their outstanding care of Maxton, Rashelle, Kurt, and their entire family.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Mass on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10 am at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 527 Beall Avenue, Wooster. Fr. Chris Mileski and Fr. Rich Samide will concelebrate, and burial will follow in the parish cemetery. “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:7
With All Our Love.
You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
Oh No! I am so sorry! You both would have made great parents! You were so blessed to be in charge of that baby even for such a short time! God give special children to special people. God hears your cries and feels your pain. That baby will be forever be yours, and the memories will be tucked in your heart. Little Max will be waiting for you in Heaven when your time comes. It is tragic to loose loved ones especially a child. No words can begin to take away the pain or help to understand. Hold each other close. Draw strength from each other. Share your pain and as you do you will become stronger. My heart hurts for you. You will be in my thoughts and my prayers. Love you guys! Hugs! Linda
