  8. Mary (Myers) Kuehn says:

Sorry to hear of Frances’ passing, but she lived a long and contributing life and deserves her reward. I really enjoyed knowing all of Aunt Ruth’s children. As a child I even received many hand-me-down clothes like I was a younger sibling! My sister (Ruth Myers Lantz) got all new stuff when she came along! Our dad (Russell Myers) and The Pugh kids were first cousins. Pugh’s farm was where I first learned about mulberry pies and nail polish. Lots more fun memories – and some painful ones – I didn’t like going to the dentist! Frances’ passing marks the last of Dad’s family of cousins – I think. (?)

Aunt Frances, just want you to know that you will be missed. I have been thinking of all the good times we had when I was growing up. The trip to the Worlds Fair, going to Cedar Point, going to the apple orchard and the Amish Store. I could go on and on. I remember getting in trouble for walking in the pasture down to the river. How was I to know there was a bull out there. I guess that was the city girl in me. Thank you for everything you did for me and Thank you to everyone who cared for my Aunt these past few years as I really do appreciate it. Go with God Aunt Frances
