Marguerite Jeanette Rollins
Marguerite Jeanette Rollins, age 85, of Shelby, died Friday, July 17, 2015 at Winchester Terrace in Mansfield.
She was born August 9, 1929 in Crestline, the daughter of the late Jacob and Fannie (Hartz) Klahn. Marguerite was a member of First United Methodist Church in Shelby and had taught Sunday School there for many years. She was a homemaker and had been a Girl Scout Leader. Marguerite loved flowers and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marguerite is survived by her daughters: Debbie Tennant of Mansfield and Rendie Thomas of Las Vegas, NV; 3 grandchildren: Stephanie Hawksworth, Kimberly Tennant and Amanda (Paden) Dyer; 5 great grandchildren: Austin Hawksworth, Cam’Ron Criddell, Conner Warfel, Khloe Browning, and Kynzie Manns; a brother: Kenneth Hanlon of Bucyrus; 3 sisters: Joann (Donald) Bishop of Shelby, Carol (Milford) Williams of Willard, Jean (Sonny) Wallace of Shelby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Lewis E. Rollins in 1965; 2 sisters: Marilyn Harris and Lois Nye; and 3 brothers: Leroy Hanlon, Donald Hanlon, and Ronald Hanlon
Friends and family are welcome on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 5-7 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 AM with Rev. Thomas Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Shauck Cemetery in Johnsville, Ohio. Memorial expressions may be made to First United Methodist Church, 18 South Gamble Street, Shelby, Ohio 44875.

My deepest sympathy for your family. While visiting my mother in law at Winchester Terrace in December 2014, I seen your Mother there. I said hello Mrs. Rollins, and asked her if she remembered me from Jeffrey Ave in Shelby, and she said she did, it was very sweet.
