I lost one of my best friends way too early. I can honestly say the world will be more boring without John in my life. We were good friends since the 8th grade and he will never be forgotten by me and many of his other friends. It is only right that we should keep his memory alive.

    Goodbye my friend

    George

  3. Dean Cline says:

Sorry to hear about John. One of me best fun memories involved John, Larry, and John Conley. We, John C., And Larry was sleeping out in the yard. John came home with his very loud car. We asked him to take us to the laundromat in to get a soda. John wouldn’t start his car for worry to wake up his mom and dad. So we had to push his car down the driveway and up the street for a long ways…. I thought it was long anyway. Then he started the car we jumped in and off we went. I still think he made us push just to laugh at us…. Never forget…. Plus the Canada fly-in fishing trip… His nickname was “Hopsing” he can cook….

  18. jerry and molly harrington says:

We will miss our great fishing buddy. I am glad I got to fish with him on Lake Erie two weeks before he was stricken, our last hoorah. Will always remember he made little Casey a rocking horse (the horse ears from one of his old slippers), having fish fries, Brad and Jenny playing at the house, even did numerous professional electrical jobs and wouldn’t take a dime for labor ( including an electric baseboard heater for the “baby’s” room, who is now 38 years old). One great fishing memory was when we caught over 100 walleye in 3 hours at Huron. A generous fellow who adored his children.
