  9. Sara Tubergen says:

    Hi Bill, Sharon and Debbie,
I am very sad to hear of Aunt’s Janette’s passing. I will always hold fond memories of the times I visited during the two years Karen lived in Florida. You both made me feel so welcome and a little more at ease leaving Karen in Florida, knowing that the two of you were nearby. Uncle Bill, I haven’t forgotten that I owe you a dinner. Now that you are living closer, I will make it home sometime and and buy you dinner.
Sometimes when I think of the loss of my loved ones, it feels like someone has cut a part of me away, but then the pain lessens and I go on with life. I just want you to know, that I know it hurts so much, but as time goes on, the pain will lessen. At times when the hurt is severe, I always think of one of my favorite quotes, “No two Christians ever meet for the very last time.” Someday, we’ll all be together happy in heaven. Our loved ones who have passed are not sad, they are in a better place and in a way still here with us. I always think, they don’t want us to be so sad, but to live our lives here the best we can in preparation for a live with them and Jesus in heaven.
I don’t know if any words can make this time easier for you. Please know that you are all in my prayers.
Praying for you with all my heart!
    Sara Tubergen

    Bill and Family

You and Janette have been a huge part of our lives for so long, always there when we needed you . Now, we can’t be there for you in your time of need. We’re so sorry.

Boy did we have some great times together, we’ll cherish them always. Cruises, card games and Germany, we did it all. It was tough when you moved to Ohio, but this is the ultimate tough.

Please know you’re in our thoughts and prayers and you have our love forever. As Janette wouldn’t say good-bye when you two left Florida, we’ll not say it now. Just rest in peace our dear, dear Friend. Hopefully we’ll meet again.

    Love, Betty & Ken Meyers
