  2. John Thompson says:

Vicky, Trisha, Seth, Kimberly and all your family please know that each of you are in our thoughts and prayers as you deal with your loss of Mike. He was truly one of the most special friends I had throughout my lifetime. From the many years in high school playing basketball to the camp fires and card playing as we moved on with our lives and grew. Those memories will remain special to me and will not be forgotten. He left a lasting impression on me that I will never forget. He was committed to his practice, but always made time to take care of his family, his home and his friends. What a loss, but know the memories you all have of Mike will remain with you forever. Cherish them and and hopes are they will help you through these trying times. God be with you during these most difficult times.

  17. Chelsie M. says:

My grandfather and father had been seeing Dr. Tenpenny for as long as I can remember. As an adult I also went to him. He always asked me about my family and was very genuine! I wanted to share the story of the last time I went. We talked about me being a single mother. And how I quit my full time job to become a part time waitress, so I could go to college. My grand plan to be a nurse practitioner. He told me that was wonderful and when it came time to pay him, he said just give him $20 and we will call it even. He said he wanted to give to my education to better myself. He was my favorite chiropractor not only because he did a great job, but because he was such a kind hearted, caring man. He will be missed by many! Sending all my love to his family!
