David B. Branham

David B. Branham, age 63, of St. Louisville, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark.

David was born September 20, 1957 in Newark, Ohio, the son of the late Claude and Mabel (Litton) Branham. David was a 40+ year employee of Owens Corning in Newark from where he retired. For over 20 years, David pastored and evangelized leading many to the Lord. He brought fun to the pulpit and to his congregations. David was an avid deer hunter, enjoying the outdoors, and also enjoyed traveling with his wife, Becky.

David is survived by his wife of nearly 21 years, Rebecca L. “Becky” (Humphreys) Branham, whom he wed on August 18, 2000; 3 daughters: Teanya Jasper (George Zimmerman), Kendra Branham (Darrell Williams), and Anna Branham; a step-son: Adam Reed; grandchildren: Cameron, Desiree, Klayton, Gage, Kolin, Gavin, Makeena, Alexa, and Alana; a great grandson: Kenneth; siblings: Eugene (Kathy) Branham, Kenny (Debbie) Branham, and Linda (Mike) Slevodnik; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. His parents preceded him in death.

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 5-8 pm at the Penwell Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, Ohio 44875, where funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 10:30 am. Pastor Danny R. Miller will officiate the services with Neil Diemer assisting and burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
