Audrey Marie Renz-Bowdle

Audrey Marie Renz-Bowdle, age 52, of Shiloh, died peacefully Friday, January 28, 2022 at her home following a strong fight with pancreatic cancer.
Audrey was born November 28, 1969 in Warren, Ohio. She was a 1988 graduate of Plymouth High School. Audrey spent her life working on the farm and around the house. She was always taking care of her family and put others before herself. Audrey never saw the bad in anyone and was a “safe place” when you needed help or someone to vent to. Whether you were actual family or just a friend, Audrey loved and thought of you all as family. Her greatest pride and joy was being a mother and nana. She thoroughly loved watching her grandkids and seeing them grow. Audrey also enjoyed gardening and caring for animals.
Just three short weeks ago on January 6, 2022 in a hospital room, Audrey married Steven Wayne Bowdle, after being companions for 15 years, and he survives. Also surviving are her children: Gayle (Ernest) McKinney of Findlay, Rayna Bowdle of Kenton, Cheryl Carrington of Shelby, David (Melinda) Baugh of Shelby, Levi Carrington of Mansfield, Brittany Baugh of Shelby, and Jake (Trina) Bowdle of Mansfield; many grandchildren; one great grandson; her mother: Virginia Carol Renz of Shiloh; as well as other relatives and friends. Audrey was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Renz, and her brother, Lawrence Renz.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 5-6 pm at the Penwell Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, where funeral services will immediately follow at 6 pm with Pastor Blanche Tyree officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Penwell Turner Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
Sympathy may be expressed by leaving an online condolence on Audrey’s obituary at www.PenwellTurner.com or by leaving a comment on her obituary post on the funeral home’s Facebook page, Facebook.com/PenwellFuneral.
Audrey will be missed. I have known Cheryl, Levi and Audrey for a long time. They were into showing rabbits and so was my dad. My Condolences to the whole family. Love you all.
