William H. Lybarger

William H. Lybarger, age 66, of 120 Mansfield Avenue in Shelby, died at 10:45 P.M. Tuesday in Shelby Memorial Hospital after a short illness. He was born December 9, 1922 in Richland County, the son of Dewey and Nellie (Craighead) Lybarger.
Mr. Lybarger is survived by his wife Helen (Swanger) Lybarger whom he married on October 23, 1943; 1 son, David Lybarger of Shiloh; 2 grandsons Jeff and Jeremy Lybarger; 2 sisters: Velma Westcott of Mansfield, and Mrs. Russell (Glada) Dinninger of Shelby.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by 1 brother Russell in 1986.
Mr. Lybarger retired from Tech Form Industries in 1987. He was a member of Clay Memorial Lutheran Church. He was an Army air force veteran serving in the pacific during WWII.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:30 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Monty Perry, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted. Friends may call on Thursday from 6-9 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home.
