Vivian (Hunter) King

Vivian Hunter King, age 90, of 25 West Maxwell Drive, Shelby died at 9:20 A.M. Wednesday at her home. She was born March 15, 1903 in Knox County, Ohio, the daughter of David E. and Etta Belle (Cain) Hunter.
Mrs. King was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies AuxilIary of Eagles.
She is survived by 4 sons and daughters-in-law: Clifford H. and Margaret Eldene King of Crestline; Robert R. and Ruth Elaine King of Plant City, Florida; Harold F. and Portia King of Ashland; and Merlin G. and Alice King of Shelby; 16 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Fred Foster Hunter of Mansfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin Boag King in 1965, by a sister Eva Davidson in 1990, and by a grandaughter Barbara King.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. with the Rev. John J. Bradley, Pastor of the United Church of Christ in Shelby, officiating. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
Memorial expressions may be made to the Hospice of Ashland County and left in care of the Turner Funeral Home.
