Rouie S. Crall

One-time Shelby resident Rouie S. Crall, 103, formerly of Greenwich, died at 9:35 a.m. Sunday at the Quality Care Nursing Home in Willard.

Born Feb. 3, 1883 in Richland County, she was the daughter of Franklin Pierce and Deliah (Hoffman) Stauffer.

She was a homemaker, a 72-year-member of Rizpah Chapter No. 153 Ohio Eastern
Star and the oldest member of the First Lutheran Church of Shelby.

Surviving are two sons: James Willam of Florida and William Robert of Greenwich; one sister: Mary Bigler of Shelby; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Crall in 1971; a son, George W. Crall; one grandson and three brothers.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Turner Funeral Home with her pastor, Rev. Carl Johnson, officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
