Rosybell Zennia (Varner) Tallon

Roybell Zennia Tallon, age 81, of 90 Third Street, Shelby, died unexpectedly Sunday, December 12, 1999 at Med Central Shelby Hospital.

She was born June 7, 1918 in Hardy, Kentucky, the daughter of George W. and Murtie (Pugh) Varner. Mrs. Tallon moved to Shelby in 1996 from Florida. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, sewing, and any type of arts and craft.

She is survived by 2 sons: William H. Butcher and James E. Tallon both of Maryland; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Mary Mollett of Shelby; 1 brother, Joseph Varner of Flint, Michigan; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert E. Tallon; a grandson, Ricky Tallon; and 2 brothers: William Varner and George Varner, Jr.

Calling hours will be on Thursday from 7 -9 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home North, 200 West Copans, Pompano Beach, Florida, 33064, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 2PM. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

The familly has chosen the Turner Funeral Home to assist them with local funeral arrangements.
