Robert H. “Bob” Keller

Robert H. (Bob) Keller, 75, of Ohio 39, died early Friday morning in the Cleveland Clinic afer a six-month illness. Born Oct. 7, 1909 in Shelby, he was the son of Philip and Hattie Heckler Keller.
He is survived by one son, Philip, of Fairview Park; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister: Hazel Monn of Shelby.
He was preceeded in death by his wife of 53 years, Margaret J. Miller Keller, on March 11, 1985. He was also preceeded in death by his parents; one brother, Lester Keller; and two sisters:
Kathryn Wrasse and Lucille Filley.
Keller retired in 1965 as a welding inspector from the Ohio Steel Tube Corp. after 34 years of service. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Shelby, the Retirees Club in Mansfield and a former board member of the Oakland Cemetery Association.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Turner Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Beighley officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or to the
charity of the donor’s choice.
