Ralph E. Cline
Ralph E. Cline, age 72, of 11 Grand Blvd. in Shelby, died Thursday afternoon in Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.
He was born October 30, 1921 in Elyria, Ohio the son of Eldon and Mildred (DeWitt) Cline.
Mr. Cline retired in 1984 from Caldwell and Bloor in Mansfield. He was a member of Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church and the Shelby Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Rita (Foos) Cline, whom he married on January 9, 1943; 4 daughters and 3 sons-in-law, Barbara Doskocil of Westlake, Ohio; Caroline and Mike Burling Fernandina Beach, Florida; Mary and Gene Mitchell of Mechanicsville, Virginia; Jennifer and Tom Brown of Worthington, Ohio; 1 son, James Cline of Salt Lake, Utah; 8 grandchildren; 1 brother, Dean Cline of Hamilton, Ohio and 2 sisters, Lois Brust of Shelby and Norma Nancarrow of Redondo Beach, California. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Calling hours will be on Friday, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby where a christian wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church in Shelby with his pastor, Father John C. Missler, officiating. Burial will be in Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Cemetery in Shelby.
