Patricia H. (Yetzer) Reese

Patricia H. Reese, age 67, of 48 Raymond Avenue, Shelby, died Saturday evening in the Crestwood Care Center after an extended illness. She was born August 28, 1924 in Shelby, the daughter of Urban and Hattie (Stephan) Yetzer.

Mrs. Reese was a retired office manager from the Shelby Business Forms Credit Union. She was a member of Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church, Altar Rosary Society, Daughters of Isabella, Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary, and the Shelby American Legion Auxillary. She had been a gray lady at Shelby Memorial Hospital and was a 1942 graduate of Shelby High School.

She is survived by her husband, Paul L. Reese, whom she married on June 10, 1947; 4 sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Karen Reese of Columbia, SC; Daniel and Vickie Reese and
Steven and Victoria Reese all of Shelby; and Timothy and Beverly Reese of Moore, Oaklahoma;
4 daughters and 2 sons-in-law: Linda and Tom Piscitello of Buffalo, NY, Laura and Kenneth Vogt of Crestline, Sharon Reese of Portland Oregon, and Sarah Reese of Shelby; 16 grandchildren; 6 brothers and sisters-in-law: Charles and Kathe Yetzer, Harold and Mary Yetzer, Thomas and Janet Yetzer, Richard and Joan Yetzer, and James and Betty Yetzer all of Shelby, Robert and Gloria Yetzer of Mansfield; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law: Ray and Mary Metzger of Shelby,
and Richard and Marjorie Riley of Florida; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Annabelle and Dan Shepard of Sandusky.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home where the Daughters of Isabella will say the rosary at 3:30 P.M. and the Christian Wake Service will be held at 7:30 P.M. Mass of the Ressurection will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 A.M at Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church with her pastor, Father John C. Missler, officiating. Burial will be in Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Cemetery in Shelby.

Memorial expressions may be made to the church and left in care of the funeral home.
