Patricia A. (Martin) Monn

Patricia A. Monn, age 54, of 603 Maple Crest Drive, Troy, Ohio and formerly of Shelby, died Sunday, June 20, 1999 at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Sidney, Ohio.

She was born May 1, 1945 in Marion, Ohio, the daughter of John Vincent and Marjorie (Little) Martin. Mrs. Monn was a homemaker. She was a licensed dietitian and ordained minister.

She is survived by her husband, Alfred L. Monn, whom she wed on May 23, 1964; 1 son and daughter-in-law: Alfred II and Rachel Mann of Caleca, Alabama; 1 daughter: Tressa Aton of Piqua, Ohio; 4 grandchildren: Desiree Pierce, Devyn, Alexandrya, and Alexys Monn; 2 step-sons: Charles and Robert Monn both of California; 1 sister: Charlotte Arndt of Mansfield; 2 brothers: Terry Rizor of Monteray, Tennessee, and Tom McGowan of Portsmouth, Ohio; 2 half-brothers: Jack McGowan of Portsmouth, Ohio and Clyde McGowan of Kentucky; special friends: Darryll and Barb Strunk of Sidney.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Donald Martin.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday, from 6-8 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11 :30 A.M. with Luena Brown officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby, Ohio.
