I’m so sorry to hear about O’dell. She was a huge part of my childhood. I spent many summer days sitting outside with her or helping her in her garden. She was such a loving woman and I will truly miss her. I love you all.

Our hearts go out to you and your family as you deal with the passing of Steve. Many times we do not understand why we lose some at such young ages, but I guess we just have to accept and enjoy our memories. We hate to see good people go through such hard times. Many prayers are with you all. Julie and family

Saw obit. in The Morehead (KY) News. Believe O’Dell’s mother was Martha Emma Turner, dau. of Edwin Suddith Turner. Sud Turner was my great-grandfather, so believe we are cousins. We send our sympathy to the family.

I was mistaken in my other message. James McFarland’s mother was Martha Emma Turner, not O’Dell’s mother.
