Nola G. (Dillon) Baldridge
Nola G. Baldridge, 81, formerly of 61 W. Tucker Ave., died early Friday, Dec. 17, 1999, at the Community Healthcare Center in Marion after a long illness.
Mrs. Baldridge was born March 22, 1918 in Rowan County, Kentucky, the daughter of Charles and Dora Arnold Dillon. She retired in 1979 from the Quanex Corporation after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Church of God and was a member of Quanex Retirement Club where she served as past president.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law: Bill James & Janie Baldridge of Morehead, KY, and Larry David & Pam Baldridge of Springfield; three daughters: Betty Jean Baldridge of Shelby, Phyllis & Larry Robinette of Shelby, and Janet & David Keipp of Pataskala; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sisters: Gladys Skaggs of Mansfield, Marie Lambert of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Stella Glover of Morehead, KY. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Lily, Ethel, and Berthie, and two brothers: Homer and Harlan Dillon.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home, 168 W. Main St., Shelby, where funeral services will be on Monday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Tim Schrock, pastor of First Church of God officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
