Nancy A. (Snodgrass) Preston

Nancy A. Preston, 75, of 20 Maple Ave. Shelby, died early Monday morning in Mansfield General Hospital after an extended illness. She was born October 5, 1911 in Wheeling WV, the daughter of James Carlos and Edith (McMillan) Snodgrass.

She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. J.W. (Diane) Weisel of North Carolina, and Mrs. Larry (Ann) Stoffer of Shelby; one son: Robert E. Preston of Atlanta GA; 6 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar N. Preston in 1980; 1 brother, and one sister.

Mrs. Preston was a retired employee of Reese Optical in Mansfield and had been a Red Cross Volunteer at Mansfield General Hospital for many years.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday at the Turner Funeral Home by the Rev. Canon David S. Sipes, Rector of Grace Episcopal Church im Mansfield officiating. Burial will be in Mansfiled Memorial Park. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7-9 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross Volunteers at Mansfield General Hospital and left at the funeral home.
