Michael Laska, 75, formerly of 23 Lee St. died early this morning in the Crestwood Care Center.
Mr. Laska was born May 6, 1917, in Cleveland to John Brndiar and Susan Ostrica Laska, both now deceased.
He was a former resident of Middleburg Heights and was a salesman for many years. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Mansfield and the International Lutheran Laymen League, and was the co-founder of the Shelby chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons.
He was married June 15, 1939, to Phyllis M. Conrad Laska, who preceded him in death on May 10 of this year.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Little London Cemetery by the Rev. Paul Brandes, his pastor. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lutheran Hour and left in care of the Turner Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
