Mary (Stauffer) Bigler

Mary Bigler, 96, formerly of Ohio 314, died Monday morning in the Crestwood Care Center in Shelby.

Mrs. Bigler was born Dec. 18, 1892, in Richland County to Franklin and Delilah Hoffman Stauffer.
She was a homemaker and member of the First Lutheran Church in Shelby.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Darl (Margaret) Cobb of Shleby; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, in 1948; her son, Frank, in 1986; three brothers; and one sister.

Calling hours will be at the Turner Funeral Home for one hour before services, which will be held Monday at 2 p.m. by the Rev. Carl L. Johnson. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelby Public Health League and left at the funeral home.
