Mary Louise (Plocher) Breyman

Mary Louise Breyman, 91, a Plymouth/Shelby area resident, died Friday, March 8, 2002, at the Heritage Care Center in Shelby.
She was born Feb. 2, 1911 in North Baltimore to the late Jacob and Mary (Eiting) Plocher. She was a graduate of North Baltimore High School and the Tiffin Business School. Mary retired from the Plymouth office of the First National Bank of Shelby at the age of 70. Prior to that, she worked for the State Department in Columbus and at a jewelry store in Deshler. She was a member of the Plymouth United Methodist Church and a former member of the Order of Eastern Star. She enjoyed crafts, especially crocheting and embroidery.
Mary is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Nan and Peter Guetle of Chandler, AZ; a grandson, Marty Guetle of Chandler; a brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Eileen Plocher of Shelby; a stepson, John Breyman of Hobbs, NM; several step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews: Harrell Jean Rosendale, Susan and Ernie Borgelt, Beth Plocher, Lisa and Les Clabaugh, Todd and Jody Plocher and John and Nancy Sponsler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac W. Breyman in 1967; two sisters: Gladys Sponsler and Marie Baker; a brother, Harold J. Plocher; a stepson, Gene Breyman; a stepdaughter, Jaylene McKenzie and a nephew, David Sponsler.
Calling hours will be on Monday, March 11, 2002 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main St., Shelby and also on Thesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. by her pastor, the Rev. Linda Heinlen. Graveside services will be held in Maplewood Cemetery in North Baltimore at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Memorial expressions may be made to the Plymouth United Methodist Church.
