Mary E. (Higgins) Keinath

Mary E. Keinath, age 82, formerly of 117 Park Village, Shelby, died unexpectedly Thursday, February 8, 1996, in the Heritage Care Center.
Mrs. Keinath was born April 8, 1913 in Shelby the daughter of Harry and Mary (Johnston) Higgins.
She was a retired employee of the Autocall Corporation. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, Shelby American Legion Auxiliary, Sunshine Club, Richland County Conservation League, and A.A.R.P.
Mrs. Keinath is survived by 1 daughter, Marybelle Clark of Fremont, Ohio; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Ethel Brubaker of Ashland, Florence Emminger of Highland, California, and Virginia Lord of Shelby; 1 brother, Ralph Higgins of California.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walker E. Keinath in 1978; a sister, Margaret Hulsey; 2 half sisters, Ruth Lenhart and Bell Forquer; 4 brothers, Harold, Marion, George, and Thomas Higgins.
Calling hours will be on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby. Funeral services will be on Monday at 11:00 A.M. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby with her pastor, Rev. James Smith and Rev. Ward Tressler, visitation pastor of Grace Brethern Church in Fremont, officiating.
Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
