Marjorie C. Campbell

Marjorie C. Campbell, age 94, formerly of Mayfield Hts., OH, died Friday evening May 7, 2004 at the Crestwood Care Center in Shelby.

Mrs. Campbell was born February 23, 1910 in Cleveland the daughter of the late Michael P. and Helen C. (Cushing) Greene. She was a graduate of Shaker Heights High School and was a homemaker. On October 6, 1934 she married William H. Campbell and he preceded her in death on January 6, 1996. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Painsville.

She is survived by 2 nephews, Michael Greene and special friend, Pam Wilging of Mansfield and Richard and Amy Greene of Shelby; a niece, Patricia A. Greene of Columbus; 5 great nephews, Scott Smith of Killbuck, Sean Greene of Ft. Worth, TX, Brian Greene of Columbus, Ryan Greene and Patrick Greene both of Shelby. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Arthur and Ralph Greene and 3 sisters, Helen Greene, Pauline Greene and Josephine Kent.

Friends may call on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, from 9-10 AM where funeral services will be held at 10 AM with Rev. Mr. Stephen Keller, Deacon of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 PM Tuesday at Mentor Municipal Cemetery, Mentor, Ohio.
