Roger, Debbie, Diane, Cathy and Mike: I was so sorry to read about Margie’s passing today. How my heart goes out to all of you. She was a very special friend to me (and my mom) for many years. What a lovely lady!! I was thinking this morning after I heard the news, that she had probably already ran into my mom and dad and they are basking in the glow of our Heavenly Father! Praise the Lord for that wonderful promise! I will be holding you all up in my prayers over the next weeks and months. Until we see them all again in Heaven, Love Teresa

Cathy:
I work in Sharon Tennant’s area at DFAS-Columbus. Sharon has forwarded the information about your mother’s passing.
I read the obiturary, and it just made me think your mom was like we should all be every day – thoughtful of other people, working to help children, not thinking of herself, not wanting to call attention to herself.
When I first meet you, Cathy, that is what I thought of you too.
Please accept my expression of sympathy to you and your family.
Sincerely,
Christina Arnold

It was my privilege and an honor to have worked with Ms. Marg at Quick Chek over 30 years ago. As a high school kid working a summer job, I looked forward to being scheduled with Marg or Katie!
I firmly believe the people we become is often influenced by our encounters with special people that ALWAYS stay in our hearts! Marg, you are one of those SPECIAL people. Thank you for treating a kid like a young adult! Love from Puppy Creek, NC

What a blessing it was to know the Cook family as neighbors for several years. If we all patterned our lives by the way Margie lived hers, what a wonderful world this would be. She always had an amazing amount of love and compassion for family, friends and anyone else she came in contact with. Our Lord and Savior has finally taken her home where she’ll suffer no more. Our thoughts and prayers are with Roger and the family and pray that God will comfort them during these times of sorrow and loss. We love you.
Mom, I miss you so much every day but especially on days when life is rough and it would be so nice to crawl in bed beside you just to talk. Thank you for teaching us to pray and taking our situations to God. I bet you’re loving having all your sisters with you now but its been tough losing Aunt Pati and Aunt Jeanette within months of each other. Unbelievable to read your obit now and realize only Dad and Aunt Betty are left here with us. Love and miss you forever.
I am just missing you so much today Mom. Love you forever and forever.
