Madelle I. “Lindy” (Zimmerman) Lindenberg

Madelle I. “Lindy” Lindenberg, age 93, of 20 Park Village, Shelby, died Satuday, September 18,
1999 at the Heritage Care Center in Shelby.

Mrs. Lindenberg was born November 5, 1905 in Mansfield, the daughter of Emil A. and Clara (Purdy) Zimmerman. She was a 1923 graduate of Mansfield Sr. High School. She was a
homemaker and had been a secretary at Shelby Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the
First United Church of Christ in Shelby. Mrs. Lindenberg enjoyed playing cards especially bridge.

She is survived by a son-in-law, F. John Finn; 2 grandsons and spouse, Mark and Charisse Finn
and David Finn; and a great-grandson, Eric Finn, all of Shelby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey LaVern Lindenberg in 1971; by a brother, and by her daughter, Patricia A. Finn on Aug. 1,1999.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday, September 21, 1999 at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby from 10-10:45 AM. Graveside services will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Shelby at 11:00 AM with Rev. John J.
