Julia N. Burkholder
Julia N. Burkholder, age 13, died January 23, 2012 at her home. She was born December 4, 1998 in Mt. Eaton, Ohio the daughter of Paul and Jane (Nolt) Burkholder. Julia was a member of the Blooming Grove Mennonite Church and was one of God’s special children.
Surviving, along with her parents, are 3 brothers: Jonathan, Jay Evan, and Paul Ray Burkholder; 2 sisters: Virginia and Janelle Burkholder all at home; paternal grandparents: Chester and Ellen (Weaver) Burkholder of Shiloh; paternal great grandfathers: Ivan Burkholder of Shiloh and Ivan Weaver of Lancaster, PA; maternal grandparents: Melvin and Anna (Zimmerman) Nolt of Shiloh; great grandparents: Edwin Zimmerman of Shiloh , Raymond and Katie Nolt of Lancaster, PA. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents: Katie Burkholder, Lena Weaver, Edna Weaver, Annie Zimmerman and Eva Nolt.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the family home, 8381 Culver Road, Shiloh. The family will meet at their home on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 8:45 AM prior to funeral services at 9:30 AM at the Blooming Grove Mennonite Church with Bishop Amon Burkholder officiating. Dear family of Julia,
I am so sorry for the loss of your precious daughter.
So young, with her whole life ahead.
We can ask why? We may wonder if their is anything to look forward to.
The Bible gives us reason for hope.
Under the govenment of Gods son, Jesus, the Bible at Revelation 21:3,4 shows that in the near future, sickness and death will be no more. We can look forward to the fullfillment of John 5:28,29 ,the resurrection hope and the joy of seeing our loved ones again. Please read these texts in your copy of the Bible.
