Joan Therese (Kellner) Sutter
Joan Therese Sutter, age 8O, of 3114 State Route 61, Crestline, died early Sunday morning at her home after an extended illness. She was born October 24, 1912 in Cleveland, the daughter of Joseph and Johanna (Hoeckel) Kellner.
Mrs. Sutter was a homemaker and a member of Sacred Heart Of Jesus Catholic Church in Bethlehem, Shelby Settlement, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
She is survived by a daughter, Rosemary Sutter, of Cleveland; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert J. and Maxine Sutter of Crestline; a grandson, Robert Sutter, Jr. of Maine and 2 granddaughters: Michelle Blaising and Gretchen Stull both of Crestline. 1 great granddaugher, Abigail Nicole Blaising. 1 brother, George Kellner, of Lynhurst, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Sutter, on December 19, 1962 and by two brothers: John and William Kellner.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 8:30 P.M. Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Sacred Heart Of Jesus Catholic Church with her nephew, Father Clement Metzger SJ ,Pastor of Gesu Catholic Church in Toledo, officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Memorial expressions may be made to the church and left in care of the funeral home.
