Jeannette S. (Dannemiller) Schroeder
Jeannette S. Schroeder, age 43, of 7180 State Route 61 North, Shelby, died at her home on Friday, May 11, 2001.
She was born May 2, 1958 in Willard, Ohio and was a 1976 graduate of Pioneer Joint Vocational School and Willard High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. She received an associates degree in accounting from North Central Technical College and held various postions with local banking institutions and the Plymouth and Willard School Systems. She was currently working towards her bachelors degree in education at Ashland University. She enjoyed reading and the performing arts. Jeannette was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church where she was a member of the Family Life Team and was a religious education teacher.
Jeannette is survived by her husband: Donald L. Schroeder whom she wed on August 20, 1977;
her mother, Alfreda (Hartenstein) Dannemiller of Willard; 4 brothers and sisters-in-law: Thomas and Susan Dannemiller, and John and Barbara Dannemiller all of Shelby, James and Carol Dannemiller and Andrew Dannemiller all of Willard; 5 sisters and brothers-in-law: Barbara and John Gosser, Arlene and Kevin Eidt all of Shelby, Ruth and Mike Blaisdell, Pauline and Greg Bogner all of Willard, Marie and Eric Baumgartner of Oxford; maternal grandmother: Cora Hartenstein of Tiffin; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father Gerald Dannemiller in 2000.
Calling hours will be on Monday, May 14, 2001, from 1-4 and 6-9PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby, where a Christian wake service will be conducted at 8:45 PM.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:30AM at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Shelby with Father John C. Missler officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Plymouth. Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s School Endowment Fund.
