Jean Lucille (Guenther) Lynch

Jean Lucille Lynch, age 79, of 55 East Smiley Avenue, Shelby, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening at her home. She was born December 31, 1915 in Shelby, the daughter of Wilbur Edward and Fern Elizabeth (Haas) Guenther.

Mrs. Lynch was a former employee of the Shelby Cycle Company and was a retired legal secretary from the law office of P.S. Hesby, in Galion.

She was a lifetime member of the First United Church Of Christ in Shelby where she was a member of the Womens Guild and had been a Sunday School teacher.

Mrs. Lynch is survived by 1 son, David G. Lynch of Hogansville, Georgia; 1 brother Robert L. Guenther of Shelby; 1 sister-in-law, Alma Guenther of Shelby.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Wilbur and Donald Guenther.

Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby with her pastor Rev. John J. Bradley officiating. Burial will be in the Bellville Cemetery.

Memorial expressions may be made to the scholarship fund at the First United Church Of Christ and left in care of the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby.
