Harry B. Forquer

Funeral services for Harry B. Forquer, 56, of 140 Trux St., Plymouth, will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Ripley Congregational United Church of Christ by the Rev. Eldon Sheffer. Burial will be in Edwards Grove Cemetery, near Greenwich.

Mr. Forquer died in Plymouth of an apparent heart attack Tuesday evening while plowing snow. He was owner of Ask Me Paving Co. in Plymouth.

He was born March 14, 1928, in Shelby. Mr. Forquer was a member of the Rome Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ellen Jane Sargent Forquer, whom he married Dec. 8, 1972; his father, Berton, of Plymouth; two stepsons: Kenneth Fields of Acworth, GA, and Timothy Fields, with the U.S. Air Force in Alamogorda, NM; two step-daughters: Mrs. Keith (Karen) Dawson and Mrs. Gregory (Shiela) Kennard, both of Plymouth; five grandchildren; one brother: William, of Greenwich; and two sisters: Mrs. Frank (Jean) Cline of Shiloh and Mrs. Charles (Jeanette) Young of Mansfield.

Calling hours are Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
