H. Lenora Jarvis

H. Lenora Jarvis, age 41, of 115 west Park Drive, Shelby died at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday in the Heritage Care Center after an extended illness. She was born March 30, 1946 in Montgomery,
WV.

Mrs. Jarvis is survived by 1 son, Michael James Jarvis at home; her parents, Lee and Elsa (Bartley) Hess of East Bank, WV; 1 brother, Lee Hess, Jr. of East Bank, WV; 2 sisters: Mrs. Herbert (Sandra) Fannin of Raliegh, NC, and Mrs. Waitman (Brenda) Smith of Shelby.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Lee Jarvis on September 30, 1986.

Mrs. Jarvis was a former employee of National Latex in Ashland. She was a member of the Taylortown Community Church.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10: 00 a.m. at the Taylortown Community Church with her pastor the Rev. F. Joseph Obrochta officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby. Calling hours will be any time after 3:00 p.m Friday at the Turner Funeral Home where the family will recieve friends from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and 1/2 hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday.

Memorial expressions may be made to the Taylortown Community Church and left at the funeral home.
