Gladys (Beebe) Caudill

Gladys Beebe Caudill, 72, formerly of Ganges Five Points Road, died Thursday, June 14, 2001,
at the home of her son in Kannapolis, NC.

She was born August 26, 1928 in Burgoon, Ohio, the daughter of the late Harry Herbert and Irene (Bickel) Beebe. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Dennis and Ramona Caudill of Kannapolis, NC; a daughter-in-law, Wanda Caudill of Mansfield; two grandsons: Stephen J Caudill, II of Pittsburgh and Arthur Stephen Caudill of Ashland; great-grandchild, Kaden Quinn Caudill; step-granddaughter, Shasta James; two step-grandsons: Stephen Motter of Virginia Beach, VA and Andrew Motter of Hawaii; and brother, Richard H. Beebe of Willard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clay P. Caudill on July 1, 1989; son, Stephen J. Caudill on Nov. 15, 2000; and two sisters: Grace Ileen Beebe and Julia Getz.

Friends may call on Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home, 168 W. Main St., Shelby, and one hour before the 10:30 a.m. funeral Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
