Gladys A. (Heuberger) Hoover

Gladys A. Hoover, age 90, of Shelby, died Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at the Crestwood Care Center in Shelby.

She was born February 17, 1920 in Richland County, Ohio the daughter of the late Emmitt and Alma (Ridge) Heuberger. Mrs. Hoover was a homemaker. She was employed at Shelby Medal Products , Shelby Spring Hinge and retired from Therm-O-Disc in Mansfield. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Shelby.

Mrs. Hoover is survived by a daughter: Louise (Donald) Wetz of Shelby; a son: Duane (Carolyn) Hoover of Mulberry, FL; 4 grandchildren: Stephen (Renee) Wetz of Sylvania, OH, Michael Wetz of Shelby, Pamela (Randy) Bowling of Mansfield, William (Lisa) Hoover of Mulberry, FL; 5 great grandchildren; a brother: Ronald (Patricia) Heuberger of Bonaire, Georgia. She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband: Harold H. Hoover in 1987; granddaughter: Angela Hoover, and a brother Robert Heuberger.

Friends may call on Friday, November 19, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:30 AM with Rev.
