I send my deepest sympathy to the family at this truly painful time. May you be comforted by the Bible’s promise of the resurrection and the end to sickness and death. (Acts 24:15; Isaiah 25:8; Rev.21:4)
At John 5:28,29, Jesus Christ himself said: “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.”
May you all find comfort in these wonderful promises from our

Condolence:
We would like Mrs. Mahon’s family to know that we are so very sorry to learn of her passing. I have many good memories of her as a child when I lived on Carleton Avenue and went to school with her children (Blane,Stella, Thella, Darlis, Danny) and played in the neighborhood yards. I always thought she was so pretty and loved her “West Virginia” accent. Mr. Mahon and my step-father Stan Hensley worked together for many years. My brother Ed Hensley played ball with the Mahon boys. She so loved her family and was such a good Mother. She used to let Blane and Stella come to my house to help me with my homework because I was ill and couldn’t go to school. Although it’s been many years since then, our friendships have continued. I hadn’t seen Mrs.Mahon for a long time but often asked Darlis or Thella about her when I saw them. It is very hard to say goodbye to “Mom”. Doug and I have recently done so. May God be with your family and give you comfort and peace in knowing she will be missed by everyone who knew her and through the Lord’s will we will all see her again.
