Florence M. Schell
Florence M. Schell, age 62, of 3584 State Route 39 South, Shelby, died Monday evening in Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Miss Schell was born May 27, 1932 in New Washington, Ohio the daughter of Frederick L. and Lennora C. (Donnersbach) Schell.
Miss Schell had been a waitress at several area restaurants and was a member of Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church.
She is survived by 5 nephews, Mark Stockmaster of Mansfield, whom she raised, Fred Stockmaster and Michael Stockmaster both of Shelby, Joe Schell of Crestline and Larry Schell of Mansfield; 2 nieces, Theresa Stockmaster of Bellville and Sheree Anderson of Mansfield; a sister-in-law, Wilma Miller of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Lawrence Schell, Charles Schell, Sylvester Schell and by 1 sister, Mary Stockmaster.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby where a Christian Wake Service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church , with her pastor, Father John C. Missler, officiating. Burial will be in Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Cemetery in Shelby.
Memorial expressions may be made to the Shelby Public Health League or to Most Pure Heart Of Mary Catholic Church and left in Care of the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, in Shelby.
