Evelyn L. (Mulvane) Sheely

Evelyn L. Sheely, age 82, of 716 M Street, Louisville, Kentucky, and formerly of Mansfield, died Thursday evening in St. Anthony Medical Center in Louisville. She was born April 27, 1911 in Huron County, the daughter of Irving and Grace (Foster) Mulvane.

Mrs. Sheely was a cook at various restaurants for many years.

She is survived by 2 daughters and 1 son-in-law: Joyce Shade and Jeanette and Henry Stephan both of Crestline; 2 sons and 1 daughter-in–law: James F. and Gail Sheely and Joel Sheely
both of Louisville; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry W. Sheely in 1967, and by 1 brother: Merlyn Mulvane.

Graveside services will be held on Monday at 1:30 P.M. at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven with the Rev. K. Jean Teeter, pastor of Union Pisgah United Methodist Church in Attica, officiating. Calling hours will be on Monday from 12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home in Shelby.
