Eugene C. Harriman

Eugene C. Harriman, age 65, of 33 Pinewood Drive, Shelby, died Friday afternoon in University Hospital in Columbus after an extended illness. He was born October 12, 1923 in Cincinnati.

Mr. Harriman was a store keeper for the State of Michigan for 25 years. He was a veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Coast Guard.

Mr. Harriman is survived by his wife, Pat Harriman; 2 sons: Thomas Eugene Harriman of West Borne, MI, and David Harriman of Dearborn Heights, MI; 1 daughter, Mrs. Frank (Barbara Jean) Bruni of Cadillac, MI; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 4 half brothers: Raymond Woods of Florida, Harold Woods of Traverse City, MI, Ted Woods of Garden City, MI, and Art Woods of Romulus, MI.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 6-8 P.M. at the Turner Funeral Home. Private graveside services will be held in Oakland Cemetery, Shelby.
