Esther Mae (Arnold) Heydinger

Esther Mae Heydinger, age 87, of 77 Park Village and formerly of 205 West Main Street, Shelby, died Thursday, April 20, 2006 at Med Central Mansfield Hospital after a short illness.
She was born February 12, 1919 in Shelby, the daughter of the late George Henry and Anna (Allerding) Arnold. Esther was a 1937 graduate of Shelby High School and was a former employee of the Ohio Steel Tube Company. She was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church and the Altar Rosary Society and AARP. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Her grandkids were the love of her life.
Esther is survived by 3 sons and spouses: Pat and Denise Heydinger of Shelby, Mark and Pam Heydinger of Ashland, Gus and Valerie Heydinger of Shelby; 2 daughters and spouses: Sue and Craig Williams of Perrysville, Mary Ann and Bob Ross of Delaware; 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Ann Frye of Shelby. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clement C. Nick Heydinger in 1994, a brother, Thomas Arnold, 3 sisters, Freda Kromenacker, Frances Milliron and Sister Marianne (Virginia) Arnold O.P.
Friends may call on Sunday, April 23, 2006 from 1-4 and 6-8 PM at the Turner Funeral Home, 168 West Main Street, Shelby where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 AM at Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church with her Pastor, Rev. Nick Cunningham, her nephews, Rev. Frank Kehres, Deacon Larry Petersen officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Memorial expressions may be made to the church.
