Elvera E. (Peterson) McFadden

Elvera E. McFadden, age 86, of Greenwich, died at 6:15p.m. Sunday at Shelby Memorial Hospital after suffering a stroke Saturday morning at her home. She was born July 22, 1901 in Cherry Valley, Illinois, the daughter of John and Clara Peterson.

Mrs. McFadden in survived by 2 sons: Leroy McFadden of Mansfield, and Raymond McFadden of Ashland; 1 daughter Mrs. John (Clara) Tuttle of Greenwich; 9 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth McFadden in 1954; 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.

Mrs. McFadden was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Renato Siewert, Pastor of Oakland Lutheran Church in Mansfield officiating. Burial will follow in Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, Ohio. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday any time after 2:00 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
