Your Condolence Message:: Donnie, sorry to read about the loss of your
Mother. I remember delivering the News Journal to your Mom & Dad on Seltzer
Ave and then when I was in High School, I was the envy of all the guys at
lunch because she always remembered me from when I was her paper boy, so
she ALWAYS LOADED up my lunch tray for me. I would get twice as much food
as the rest of the guys and she would always just smile and wink. It’s
funny how you remember things like that and when I do, it always brings a
smile to my face. I guess that just means she was a VERY SPECIAL LADY and
made a lasting impression on me in my youth that I never forgot. Again, you
have my condolences my friend. May God bless you and your family at this
time.

Your Condolence Message:: Dear Studer Family,
I was so sad to hear of Dortha’s sudden passing. Being a long time neighbor
and friend on Seltzer Ave, she has left a special memory in my heart. A
special lady of many talents, she had the best garden on the street and
always shared her bounty with others. One thing that I will always remember
is her warm smile that never ceased.
I pray that through the love and legacy she has left to you all, you will
be comforted at this time of great sorrow.
